What I’ve been waiting to find in Dublin for years! Magical blend of self care and wellness/healing. Treatments are highly considered, receive complete concentration from therapist. Benefits felt throughout and afterwards. Amazing during pregnancy. Unexpected elements make it a little “extra”.

Maria is a wonderful therapist. She is kind and very friendly and makes you feel at ease. The treatment room is immaculate and beautiful inside. The acupuncture really helped me with my shoulder pain. I cannot wait to have more sessions with Maria. She is an all rounder - a therapist as wonderful as her is very hard to come by. 100% recommend Maria and her services - you will love the experience.

About me

I am Ayurvedic Massage Therapist trained in Pune under the supervision of the eminent Dr. Salil Joglekar, known worldwide and Dr. Neha. I also studied Massage Therapies in Valencia, Barcelona, and Madrid.

In Dublin I studied Anatomy & Physiology, I became a Reflexologist and I studied the 2 years Diploma in Medical Acupressure, becoming Tuina Practitioner.

Yoga and Ayurveda are two interrelated branches of the same great tree of Vedic knowledge.

I became a Yoga Teacher, (200 hours), with the purpose of better understanding of the human body and with the aim of growing as Ayurveda Massage Therapist.

Recently I graduated in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine and I’m a Registered member of the Acupuncture Council of Ireland. Currently I’m studying Chinese Herbal Medicine in U.K.

Ayurveda & Acupuncture promoted the natural flow of energy in the body and produce a state of optimum health and well being restoring balance in body and mind.

Acupuncture points are places where nerves, muscles, and connective tissue can be stimulated. The stimulation increases blood flow, while at the same time triggering the activity of the body’s natural painkillers. Acupuncture relieves tension headaches and migraines and help in many other conditions: low back pain, neck pain, knee pain, painful periods, morning sickness, rheumatoid arthritis, tennis elbow, sciatica & fibromyalgia.

Regular use of Ayurvedic Massage & Acupuncture helps detoxify and revitalize the body and hence proves to be a revolutionary concept suitable to everyone’s budget.
Looking forward to see you soon.
